Happy Easter 2011!!
Yes, I know it is a bit late, but better late than never! So I decided to make some Easter Sugar Cookies. I made a Spiced Sugar Cookie using ginger, allspice, and nutmeg. They were good. A nice variance from the standard sugar cookie flavor.
I cut them out, baked them, then decorated them. I did some flooding of the royal icing and they turned out wonderful! I used a bunch of Spring colors for the eggs, and brighter ones for the flowers. Looks and tastes good!
