Who loves a good pie?
Well, I sure do! Especially around the holiday season. Once the seasons change, the weather turns cooler, and the leaves start to change, I think about baking pies.
This time I made a Classic Pecan Pie. Simple, buttery crust filled with a sweet, sticky pecan filling and topped with yet more pecans. Best served at room temperature with a good sized scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream…or both!
