A Bunch of Bars

Today I am going to share with you a Bunch of Bars that I have made reciently!

XmasOreoBrownie1

We are going to start off with the Peppermint Oreo Brownie. This is a classic brownie recipe with the wonderful addition of Peppermint Oreo’s in the batter! The red filling in the Oreo’s stands out and makes these perfect for the Christmas holiday season. The peppermint flavor also ties into the holiday.

The taste is wonderful! Fudge-y and cake-y and full of chocolate flavor. The peppermint stands out as well and is wonderfully complemented by the chocolate.

Next up is the Pumpkin Pie Bar. This is a dense bar that has the flavors of a pumpkin pie, including cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice. Pumpkin puree gives the bar tons of flavor along with moisture.

Before baking the bar batter is topped with a cinnamon sugar mixture that gives the finished product a light crunch on top. The flavor is similar to pumpkin pie and are best enjoyed slightly warm!

Next we got the M&M Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar. These cookie bars are a classic and can be easily tailored to any holiday just by swapping out the color of the M&Ms.

They taste very much like a chocolate chip cookie but in the shape of a bar. I also add a bit of cinnamon to bring them up a notch!

Now we have the Ande’s Mint Cookie Bar. Using a regular cookie bar base, I added in chopped Ande’s Mint Candies into the batter before baking.

The candies give the cookies the wonderful flavor combination of mint and chocolate. A combo that is loved by adults and kids alike!

Well, I hope you have enjoyed this Bunch of Bars. Is there a combo you would like me to try? Let me know!
